Delivery Information

At Baby House BD, we aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. We ensure that your orders are delivered to you quickly and efficiently.

Delivery Locations: We currently deliver across Bangladesh.
Delivery Time:
- For Dhaka metro area: 1-3 business days.
- For other areas in Bangladesh: 3-7 business days.
Delivery Charges:
- Inside Dhaka: BDT 50
- Outside Dhaka: BDT 100

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or courier issues.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this tracking number to follow your order’s progress.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer the following options:

Return Period: You can return products within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Certain items such as diapers, personal care products, or discounted items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Refunds

Refund Method: Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund. The refund will be made to your original payment method (Bank transfer, Mobile banking, etc.) within 7 business days.
Non-Refundable Items: Products that are used, damaged, or not in their original packaging will not be refunded.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
